Code of conduct

Your Chair reads these five rules aloud at the start of every Round Table. Accepting them, timestamped, is part of joining.

1Chatham House. Use what you hear, never attribute it.
2Business is welcome — pitch, hire, sell. Your Chair decides when it has gone on long enough, and that is the end of it.
3Everyone here is verified. Nobody needs to prove themselves.
4Report anything to your Chair, privately, any time.
5What's said here stays here.

What enforcement means

Every report reaches your Chair immediately, and nobody at your event is told you reported anything. A "No" on the safety question after any stage gets you a call from your Chair within 2 hours. One serious, substantiated report ends a membership the same day.

And what we hold ourselves to

Nothing said at an event leaves it — including into our own marketing. We never post your words, your name or your photo. Phone numbers are never visible between members. Venues are always commercial, staffed and licensed, and the address reaches confirmed attendees only, 24 hours ahead.
